New setup for Ivirius Text Editor

In the latest experimental build, we have added a new setup screen to Ivirius Text Editor, which will be mandatory for the 2.0.0.0 update. This setup screen includes some settings for the user to pick. You can also skip the setup if you want.

This setup screen looks like the windows 11 OOBE setup screen and requires just a few seconds to complete.

We also added a new terms and conditions page for the experimental section, since it requires one.

After the first setup installation, the app will restart once to save your settings. You can also complete the setup again, without re-installing the app. For future installations, the app will restart twice, for wiping the previous settings and importing the new ones.
